If you’re interested in the weird, post-apocalyptic world of Crumble and its inhabitants, you’ll love to know that there’s a whole bunch of extra content coming soon over the next year.
Want news? You can’t handle the news!
The real six o’clock news can be a bit dreary, or pretty downright boring if you ask me. So tune in to Crusty Higgins Talks Back when the first episodes are released! This is an in-character radio broadcast talking about the news, sport and weather of Central Oughta Go – all to the dulcet tones of a potentially criminal Cockney. This will be available in podcast form, so you can download it and listen on the go.
New novella, coming to Kindle
There’s also a surreal novella set in the same world coming soon. “Smack-dab, in the Middle of Nowhere” follows the story of Bert, a Waste bar owner struggling to balance running a business with battling horrible bandits. It’s short and sweet, but a hell of a weird ride. This will be available on Amazon’s Kindle unless I find a better platform between now and then.
A web series to call home
Also in the works is an animated web series. As my own stupid, bumbling foray into the vlogging world, this cartoon series will be about a Waste scavenger trying to offer survival tips to everyday folk over the broadcast network. I’m pretty excited about the visuals of this show, as it will be breaking new ground for the world by that time, so keep your eyes peeled for more updates on this!
In the meantime, get your fix of Wasteland fiction by popping open the Crumble Bulletin regularly and keeping up to date on what’s happening this week!
